Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us for a refund.

Please see below for more information on our return policy.

You may test out Copyous for 2,000 words of material with a no-questions-asked refund option. If you're not satisfied, you receive a full refund.

Only the first subscription is eligible for a refund. If you sign up for a plan then cancel, you will not be able to get another activation because we'll debit your word limit for what was used during your 14 day trial.

When signing up you have the chance to test out 2,000 words. When you get it back, you can review it and if it is not good enough, you may request a full refund if it is been less than 14 days since your purchase.
We will refund the initial subscription charge to the payment method you have on file with us.

It's a one-time opportunity for you to put us to the test. It's worth noting that if you ask for a refund, you don't retain the ownership of the content piece completed for you.


The following items cannot be returned:       
1) Subscriptions passing 3 months
2) Content produced passing 3 months
